Biography
When she's not working, Debbie lives on a farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina with her husband, two kids, three horses, one collie, two cats, and whatever wildlife has taken to living in the garage that week.
As a teen, she was a writer/editor for FOXFIRE books and magazine and still practices many concepts of self sufficiency. She also weaves, creates pottery, makes stained glass windows and lamps, and even builds cabinets for fun. (A hippie born a few years too late.) A True born Voice Over Artist.
She also loves books, music, and movies (and is huge fan of DVD director commentary tracks!)
Goals
Debbie started doing voice overs for student projects while attending the University of Georgia in Telecommunications with a Drama Minor. She has almost twenty years of TV, Voice Over production/voice experience. Besides local market work, she has been involved with projects for CBS, NBC, and TV syndication, nationally, and for radio projects across the country and abroad.
Her years as a TV director/editor/producer have helped her understand short deadlines and the need for exact timing. She strives to please clients and is always eager to "try again" if necessary. Great customer service is her ultimate goal.
