How to navigate the new Internetjock Web Page.

Our new improved web page was designed with the customer in mind. All customers will receive a login and password. Once you are set up you can login directly to your account to place orders. You can now search for a specific type voice by typing in keywords in the search function . Now you need to navigate to the Internetjock of your choice, listen to their demo, than click the order button below their name to order your voice over. The order now goes directly to the Internetjock of your choice and the main office of Internetjock.Com. We will send an E Mail to you the moment your voice over is ready for download.

Sending Orders

Once logged in, Please fill in the project name for billing purposes. Please write down the order numbers for your reference. It's very important to tell us the length of the spot, your deadline, and how you would like it read in the instruction box. Incomplete information will slow down the process. Please also name your docs or PDF file with short names or they may fail to load. 12 letters or less is recommended. No symbols ? / # are allowed in the naming process. Please do not place copy in the instructions window, use the paste box or upload a doc or PDF.
Once you have filled in the order and attached the copy hit "Send Order" A confirmation screen will pop up and you will receive a E Mail confirmation.

Downloading Your Voice Over:

You are notified by E Mail when your order is complete. Login and go to My Account, then View Orders. Click on the order number and you will see the finished spot. Right Click the file and save target to your computer, Mac Users hold down the "Option" Key and click for download. Voice overs are posted for ten days then erased, so please download in a timely manner.

What if I have a Voice Over that needs music added or special attention?

If your Voice over requires special needs like music added just go to our Production Music Tab and listen to the music samples, once you decide on a track make a note of the track number and when ordering check the Need Production box, enter in the details and music track number. Once the dry VO is complete you are notified to listen and approve, once you hit the approve tab we will put your VO into Music Production. If you need more than one voice you can choose from our Male Female or Male + Male demos and send directly to them. If you require something different please give us a call so we can handle your voiceover in a different manner. (877) 646-4163

New Clients: How to get signed up

If you would like to become a client of Internetjock, Click Here to go to our Secure New Client sign up form. Once an account is set up you simply login to our web site with the user name & password we provide you.

New Clients are required to use a Credit Card before delivery. If a credit card is declined there will be a $25 charge on your invoice. We bill clients on the last day of each month with an Invoice sent via E-Mail, except new clients will be charged on their first order. If you would like a 30 day turnaround ( USA Clients Only) on payment please call us so we can do a credit check and set you up. There is a one time fee of $25 charge for Credit Checks.

Our Policies

We make every attempt to make sure your voiceover is done to your specifications. If we make a mistake we will be glad to make it right. Make sure your copy does not exceed the amount of time you are asking for, we allow long copy three times a year before we need to charge again. Spell out any pronunciations that are suspect, also spell out prices as they take up lots of time,you can attach a MP3 to your order with pronounciations recorded by you. Internetjock profiles show their turnaround times, Time Zones and hours they work. If you order outside of these times the order will be done the next business day. If you need a weekend spot please type in "Weekends" in the search engine and demos will pop up. Please download your finished VO within 10 days after completion, as we erase at that point and can not be responsible for VO's not downloaded in a timely manner.
